Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Typeflip app, its keyboard and the typeflip.app website, provided by TBT Capital Ltd ("we"). By using Typeflip you agree to them. If you got Typeflip from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms apply between you and us.
What Typeflip does
Typeflip is a keyboard that translates and rewrites your messages using AI (Anthropic's Claude). You type, tap the arrow, and the result goes into the text field. You decide whether to send it.
AI translations can be wrong
Translations and rewrites are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or miss tone or context. Read the result before you send it. Don't rely on Typeflip where a mistake could cause harm, such as medical, legal, financial or safety matters, without checking with a professional or a human translator.
Your content
Your messages remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you write and send, and for having the right to share it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Typeflip to break the law, harass or harm others, send spam, or create content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy. Don't try to access our server other than through the app, get around the usage limits, or reverse engineer the service.
Limits and changes
The service has a daily limit per device. We may change, suspend or end features or the whole service, temporarily or permanently, and will try to tell you in advance about significant changes.
Third-party services
Typeflip relies on Anthropic and Cloudflare, and the search button opens Google. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
No warranty
Typeflip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from translations, rewrites or messages you send. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Typeflip in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that can't be waived under the law that applies to you.
Ending
You can stop using Typeflip at any time by removing the keyboard and deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to another law or court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use Typeflip means you accept the new version.
